MEKO AdvantagesSeamless linking among each component in the production chain

MEKO was founded in 1996, there are three plants in China, the headquarter is in Kunshan city, Jiangsu Prov., with more than 20 years experiences in prototyping manufacturing. We are better, faster, cost efficient.

MEKO AdvantagesMaterial application

By making continuous efforts in technology development, MEKO commits to extend the range of material application as to accommodate customers’ needs of adopting new materials to product development.

  • 01

    Diversified material

    Normal engineering plastic: ABS,PC,PA,PP,PMMA,POM,PET,PBT,PVC,etc.

  • 02

    Common engineering plastics

Advanced engineering plastic: PA66,PA66+GF30,PA66+GF50,PA46,PPS,PEEK, PEI,  PAI,   PBT+GF30,PTFE,etc.

  • 03

    Advanced engineering plastics

    Nonferrous metal: Aluminum alloy(1100, 2A12, 2017, 3003, 5052, 5083, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075,etc.) ADC12,A360 pressure cast aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy(AZ91D, AZ31, etc), zinc alloy(Zmark3, Zmark5), red copper, brass, titanium alloy, etc.

  • 04

    Nonferrous metals

Metal materials: Gear steel, bearing steel, tool steel, stainless steel, low carbon alloy steel, powder metallurgy, special alloy, etc.

  • 05

    Steels of various models

Die-cast aluminum panel (A380, ADC10, ADC12), magnesium alloy panel (AZ91D, AZ30) and zinc alloy panel (zmark3, zmark5) are common materials for die-casting production. However, due to the fact that the sheet metals of these materials are hardly available for small-amount production, samples need making in other materials. In this case, samples tests would fail to obtain real data and real product performance. After rounds of trial production and product tests, MEKO now is able to produce the qualified sheet metals in mentioned materials above and provide CNC manufactured prototype in required materials for expected performance.
